Terms of Service

1. The service

BamaTrailer.com offers utility trailer rentals for local pickup in Montgomery, Alabama. Equipment availability, rates, deposits, and rental dates are shown during booking and confirmed after successful payment and deposit authorization.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract, hold a valid driver’s license, and provide proof of current auto liability insurance for the tow vehicle. You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle, hitch, and lighting connection are suitable for the rented equipment.

3. Bookings and payment

• Same-day rentals are not available; the earliest start date is tomorrow or later.
• Rental charges and a security deposit authorization are processed through Stripe at checkout.
• A booking is confirmed only after the rental payment succeeds and the deposit hold is authorized.
• Prices, deposits, and included accessories are as displayed for the selected trailer at the time of booking.

4. Security deposit

At checkout we place an authorization hold (not an immediate charge) for the security deposit shown for your trailer. After return, we may release the hold or capture all or part of it for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late return, or other losses described in the rental waiver. When released, your bank typically clears the pending hold within several business days.

5. Pickup and return

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pickup and return are in Montgomery, Alabama. Standard pickup window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Return by: 10:00 PM on the scheduled end date (or as otherwise stated in your confirmation). You must return the equipment on time, reasonably clean, and in substantially the same condition as received, aside from normal wear.

6. Renter responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the equipment only for lawful purposes and within weight/towing limits
• Secure loads properly and operate with a suitable tow vehicle
• Present matching license and insurance documentation at pickup if requested
• Not sublease or transfer the rental without our written consent

7. Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or date changes. Availability is not guaranteed for changes. Refund or deposit-handling decisions for cancellations depend on timing, payment status, and circumstances; contact philip@ferrarigroupllc.com or 334-828-4431 for help.

8. Waiver and assumption of risk

Before payment you must review and sign our rental waiver. That waiver (and any documents signed at pickup) form part of your agreement with us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume risks associated with towing and using rented equipment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alabama law, Ferrari Group LLC and BamaTrailer.com are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or rented equipment. Our total liability related to a booking will not exceed the rental fees you paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10. Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for competing services, or interfere with booking systems. We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or unsafe.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Montgomery County, Alabama, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Material changes may also be noted on the website.
